Holland America Line's On Deck for the Cure program of shipboard running/walking is a fundraiser for the Susan B. Komen Foundation. The Komen Foundation supports breast cancer research. The cruise line organizes 5k walk/runs on board all ships in its fleet and guests donate money and circle the deck. Holland America has raised more than $1 million for the foundation through its shipboard program.
